Connect your Google Calendar

Stride needs to see when you're busy before it can tell you when to work. Here's exactly what that means — no surprises on the next screen.

What Stride does

Reads the next 14 days. Just the title and timing of what's in your calendar, so it can spot school, academy and exams. Nothing older, nothing further ahead.
Makes a separate “Stride Suggestions” calendar. Your tasks go there, so you can see them next to everything else — and hide or delete the whole thing whenever you like.

What Stride can never do

Change, move or delete anything on your own calendars — Google only grants it access to the one calendar it created.
See who you're meeting, or read any guest lists.
Post anything, email anyone, or share your calendar.

On the next screen, tick both boxes.

Google shows each permission as a checkbox, and they start empty. If you skip them, Stride can't read your calendar and won't work. You can change your mind any time in Settings.

Signing in creates your account. You can delete it, and everything Stride has stored, from Settings at any time.
